Hi, I just bought a 2004 F150 regular cab. In the owners manual it tells where the jack and lug wrench is , behind the cover on inner back wall of the cab. I see a cover and a strap that is sticking up a few inches. How do I access this to get the jack out? Do I just pull up on the strap or what? I just hate to tear something up.

They were behind a side panel instead or the rear panel.
Jim
