Question jack lift or high lift?

Hello,
I just have a 2.5 front leveling kit and I tried using a jack lift for the first time today, I was able to lift the rear to change the 2 tires but I can't do the front

I have a
2 tons jack 2 tons jack
that can lift up to 13in I think and
2 jack stands 2 jack stands

where should I put the jack lift?
also I'm able to return it, should I get a
4 ton jack 4 ton jack
that can go higher or a
high lift jack high lift jack
?
I'm changing the tires only in front of my place in the street..

If its in the street then I just stack 2x4's on top of the jack to make it go higher.

Man I ran into the same issue last week to change my brakes. just put the factory jack on a cinder block or stack some boards under. cheaper than buying a bigger jack.
