Default IWE, wear,or damage

posted yesterday about a clicking noise when coming to a complete. stop. After reading others post and going on utube, and actually getting to actually hear the sound others have experienced. I think I may have waited to long to look into the issue. Early this past summer, I noticed a humming and vibration in the front end when reaching speeds above 40, thinking it was time to rotat4 tires, and putting that off until Nov. The problem persisted. Than thinking I waited to long to rotate the tires, and they were out of round o had a bad belt. I figured to run them till the rubber off them. Now I think the problem all along was with the vacuum, and IWE. Just wondering if this is the problem, and I left it go so long can I expect the splines on the shafts to be damaged as well, what should I look as far as damage to the splines. help!!!!!!!
