iwe vaccume issue

Default iwe vaccume issue

repaired a melted vac line,
hubs disengage fine,
solenoid is working
put switch in 4wd vaccume stops going to hubs
but the hubs are not unloading the stored vaccume to engage
if you disconect vac line from solenoid to hub you hear the vaccume release then the hubs will engage

Are the vent lines clear/clean/open?

unless im missing something, check valves are working and in the proper direction,solenoid doesnt release vaccume due to check valve
