Default Ive asked before but cant find the problem

My 4low light will stay on but the 4hi will just flicker one time but it's in 4hi and I don't know why the 4hi light won't stay on when it's engaged. Any help please

I noticed mine did the same thing last winter. I havent thought about it until now. I was looking for a project, thanks.

I don't understand, it goes into 4hi but the light will not stay on, only when in4low will the light stay on so I don't know what the could cause this
