Default Its about that time.. What plugs should i use?

Okay so i changed my plugs at 45k and 75 k never broke a plug. Its time to change them again.

I have read and read thru threads and every one seems to like a different plug.

What plug is the best plug recommended? i would like to use a one piece if possible.

I heard Champion makes a one piece should i get those? or go with motor-craft.

Part number would help thank!!!

here is what i do, one bottle thru the vacuum line and one bottle in a FULL tank of fuel and get a bottle of spray seafoam and clean your thottle body very good to, the trick is have a hot engine and you suck it thru the vacuum line, take it out and run the hell out of it, you want to clean your thottle body first and then run it again to keep it hot and then dump the full bottle in the FULL tank of gas (i recommend 93) and last suck a bottle thru the vacuum line should smoke like hell, after that do a half bottle thru the vacuum line and the other half in the tank every time you service your truck good luck

I put NGKs in mine not to long ago. They seem to be doin good. I have also been told the E3 plugs are good and give you the best burn of any plugs on the market.

Negitave on the E3, I melted one off the the head of my 4.6. The others went out after about 20,000 or so. I stick to Motorcraft they work the best.

I had my plugs changed and then I started to get a knock/ping when going up hill. starting to wonder if its the plugs the shop used making it ping.
