Default Iron Cross Bumper With Stock Suspension and Ride Height

Hi everyone,

Kind of a dumb question but cant find an answer online.

I'm currently trying to purchase an iron cross bumper, lift kit, rims and tires. I'm on a tight budget and can only get bumper and lift kit not tires or rims right now. So my question is can I run an iron cross bumper with full grill guard on an 04 F-150 lariat 4x4 on the stock suspension and ride height?

thanks for the help

Thanks for the help! I do have another question. what is a good 4" or 6" lift kit for an 04 ford f150? and I'm not sure why some lift kits don't come with shocks and some do? and I'm fairly certain rough country is a good brand but what about skyjacker?

6" is more common I would go for the rough country with the added struts.
if not you get a 6' strut spacer plus your struts are probably wore already

i'm in complete agreement. 6 inch rough country is the route to go. Definitely get new struts and shocks when you do the lift. Also rough country 6 inch kits are on sale on their website for 999.. That 300 less than what they have been...

Thanks for your help. so with that I've been looking at the 6inch rough country suspension lift kit with the crossbars and, I have been told it will severely affect squeaking rattling and make the car steer incorrectly is this true?
