Interior lights relay location
Guys,
I'm having trouble with my interior lights and bed lights and want to change out the interior lights relay. Anyone know where it's located? 2006 F150 Lariat Screw 4x4.

PWM? I'll have to look that up. Here's what's happening.
I bought this truck 6 months ago and almost from the beginning it's had dome light issues. I've read here about it but so far no luck. The map lights will turn on manually because I'm told they have their own power source but almost every day the dome lights and bed lights will either come on or not come on. Somtimes by the time I get to work they will turn on and other times not. Lately the interior lights will go bright and then dim, then bright again on their own which makes me think it could be a relay. I've looked at the wiring near the drivers door threshold and I've banged on the fuse panel but that all looks ok. The dash thumb wheel will sometimes turn on the lights and sometimes not. I have two large Ford shop manuals but neither has a wiring diagram for this truck.

Pulse width modulation = pwm. Its a way for a computer to drive lights so that they can be dimmed. The lights dont come on and off its faded on and fades off. Makes it look fancy. I got a wiring digram for them. Just pm me an email address and I will send you it. Its for an 08 but should do the trick wire colors just wont match.

Update: First off, I'd like to change the title of this thread so it would help someone else down the road. If you can show me how to do that please?

Today my retired electrical engineer buddy came over and we made some good progress on the interior light issue I'm having. He found that the board is bad inside the instrument cluster. Specifically, the top right side wiring connector is where the problem lives. If you push forward or aft on the connector it will affect the dome lights coming on or off. I need to either replace the cluster or find a shop that can repair it. Please chime in if you can help me with that.
Thanks
