Default insurance on 2002 f150 and 2004 f150

Well i own the 04 and my gpa owns the 02 well he has to wrecks against him. One from me and the other from my uncle. Well im 16 and i was wondering if it would probably be cheaper for me to just insure both of them. I have 2 careless and 2 speeding tickets. But got them all beat so have perfect driving record. They sent a new bill in the mail for a little over $400. The 02 has 60,000 miles and my 04 has 160,000. Thanks guys. Oh and im from missouri.

I highly doubt it be cheaper to have them under your name but only way to really know is call and ask the insurance company.

It would not be cheaper for you to put the insurance in your name. You are 16 which considers you a high risk driver due to age. There are many different factors when they quote you insurance including your credit score, prior insurance coverage, ect. You would probably be better off to insure them in your grandpas name, no matter of the wrecks and/or tickets and list you as a secondary driver. He could get a few more discounts...

not sure in Missouri...but a 16 year old can't have their own insurance...they can not enter into a contract ...at that age legally. and a 16 year old your insurance will be the highest rate possible...this is due to driving skill and maturity..
