Default Installing Factory Sub in 06 King Ranch - HELP!

So I bought a factory sub and deck (with the three plugs) online and hooked it up tonight (found harness under back seat and behind dash). However, it doesn't work!

Amp appears to be powered, and getting the ENABLE signal from deck (power on 2 and 5, 5v on pin 1 when deck is on). However, don't know how to test the sub + and - signal (pins 7 & 8).

Also, deck appears to be working fine with radio playing through factory door speakers.

What else should I check? Should note, that I got the radio from a Discount OEM Radios on ebay - is is possible that radio doesn't support Audiophile even though it's got three plugs?

BTW, s/n of new deck is 6G1T-18C815-BB. also, there appears to be base coming through doors. I understood that Audiophile HU had built-in crossover to kill base to the doors (so sounds different from regular two plug head units). why would this unit have three plugs but still have base to the doors???

Thanks,
Nathan

I would check the fuses. If all good make sure all your wires a hooked on correctly and tighten!

Ran a test track with low pass 60hz and still have the base (ie <60hz) going to the door speakers with this three plug radio. This leads me to believe it doesn't have a built-in crossover and therefore not an Audiophile unit.

On this thread GATORB8 suggested running 60hz track to verify crossovers working.

all connections seem to be fine but no output from sub.

Have isolated issue to Amp.

New radio appears to be working, putting out audio through woofer + and - (heard through headphones wired to plug). sub amp enable is 4.4v to ground when radio on, and have even tried jumping this to 12v on Amp, but no output on sub.

Where do I go from here? Sub & amp appear to be brand new.

Thanks,
Nathan
