Very true but in his case they are substituted as fog lights and as long as they are pointed at the ground I don't think he's gonna get in any trouble

once I got ready to install them I discovered there were two bumper cover bolts in the right place...flipped the led bracket over and bent them in to clear the top of the bumper...used the existing bolts..and tied the power and ground to the headlight switch so it comes on with running lights (and makes them also come on when the remote start activates and doors lock/unlock and auto headlights turn on)...so I cant accidently leave them on without the buzzer..

turned out pretty slick...
Price dropped to $19.00 a set now!

I just received the lights today. The quality of the case looks very robust and high quality.

Now I wanted to ask if you guys can help me how I connect them to the 12v. Do i need a fuse in between or anything else? Sure, I will mount a switch somewhere in between.

Thanks

With any 12v accessory added to a vehicle, make sure its power source is protected by a fuse. LED's are low current draw, but the circuit should have a fuse to protect it.

I purchased a used OEM stock light switch with the "pull out" fog light option (pin 9), so I plan to use it when my lights get installed.

@ OP, night pics would be greatly appreciated. ditched my PIAA 4 inch offroad lights awhile back and would like something a bit brighter but don't want a 20 inch lightbar sitting around...

Yeah they are 1260 some odd lumens so super bright and yes I do have them pointed slightly down but Im old and dont have police officers messing with me...

I wanted them low and didnt want them behind the grill being obstructed.. I have the 12watt versions on my motorcycle and they are AMAZING and have saved me countless times from both hitting animals and being hit by cars who didnt see me.

$19???? dang gonna get 2 more sets. one as a backup and toolbox light and the other for my trailer as backup lights..

I was pretty sure they were DOT..but oh well..I runnem and lovem!!!

If you want these lights to work off of the factory light switch equipped with the "pull out" fog option, simply connect to the white with black stripe lead.
