1. has anyone here done it
2. Centrifugal or traditional
3. what tune to install
4. will stock components be ok (Injectors, fuel pump, cam...etc)
5. any other information would be great as well!

I been Running a Whipple for 5 years on my 2007. Currently at 12psi. If you are going to do it go with a Twinscrew blower (ie Whipple, Saleen, KenneBell). The TVS from Edlebrock is another good choice but very expensive for no more then what you get. Centri style blowers have there place and a heavy truck is not it. Especially heavy truck not turning more then 5500 rpm.

Now for parts. How many miles are on your truck?
The engine will be fine with a proper tune. I have a Troyer tune and love it however he is reachable anymore or so it seems. So look to JDM and Justin at VMP. You want 42 or 47 lb injectors. I highly recommend the 47's and if you plan to run 12+ psi go to 60's. The stock fuel pump according to Whipple will support 12psi. Though I wouldn't push it past 10psi without a BAP. I personally run a twin 255lph set up. Sadly the fuel hat for thie kit I have is no longer made. Don't sweat it. A sweet fuel system upgrade is set to be released in December. You will want to run Brisk or Autolite HT0 plugs gapped at .032. Though I personally run .035.

Beyond that everything else is just fun.
Exhaust: Long tube headers, high flow cats, x-pipe, all 2.5" and mufflers of your choice as long as they are not chambered. See mine here https://www.f150forum.com/f4/new-man...xhaust-183522/
Cooling: electric fans. The Motorcraft fans from the 2010 and up F150 are exceptional and flow around 5000 cfm. See my thread here https://www.f150forum.com/f4/motorcr...cs-vid-114646/
Intake: I custom built my own. Actully built and sold 3 others. I also fabbed up the first 90MM throttle body install on one of these trucks. https://www.f150forum.com/f4/install...e-body-229592/

I've done a ton of mods to mine. Still rocking the factory motor. Still sealed up from valve covers to oil pan almost to 97,000 miles. There's so much you can do if you put your mind to it. Here's just a few things I have added or modded to fit my truck.

GT500 heat exchanger to mine, GT500 Hood vent, upgraded the intercooler pump, Built trans, Circle D 3000 stall converter, today I designed a new larger intercooler tank which will be built this coming week, and just this past week succefully switched my entire belt drive over to an 8 rib drive system. Heres a video of it in action.
