Increase fuel mileage
I have an '08 F150 XLT 4.6L V8 with over 123,000 miles. I'm trying to increase my fuel mileage. Besides the routine maintenance of oil changes and replacing the air filter, I have also replaced the spark plugs, and I will be replacing the fuel filter this weekend. What other things can I do to help me with this issue. Thanks for any help.
