Default I'm thinking about installing some front struts on my '06 Ford F150

I just paid a little over $75 in front struts for my 2006 Ford F150 through apx auto parts. Here's a link. http://apxautoparts.com/sensen-front...-warranty.html Here's the manufacturer's link. http://www.sensen-na.com/ They seem legit. What do you think?
I don't have any complaints yet. Outside of some routine maintenance, I'm not much of a diyer. I normally take the truck to the shop and that's the end of it. But this time I think I may just try it out. The folks at apx auto parts said they have videos on youtube to help people install the struts.
The installation should be simple enough I think.

I replaced both front shocks a few months back, not that hard just some of the bolts may need some work to get out.

Recommendations:

1)Be careful when you remove the struts because they are right next to the CV boots, don't rip them.

2)I went to autozone and rented 2 sets of spring compressors. Highly recommend using 2 compressors on each spring, makes it easier and much safer.

I replaced mine on my 04 with the strut assembly that includes the spring cause both my springs were broken. It was pretty straightforward cause I didn't have to compress any springs which can be dangerous. I think it would be much easier with a lift (which I don't have) or with 2 people, but it can be done alone. Consider changing the springs too rather then do all the work and have to do the springs later, especially if you live where salt is used in the winter time.

What he says, quick struts are the way to go. My springs broke on my 07 so I didn't have a choice but I would save the hassle of messing with the springs and replace them at the same time.
