Im on the hunt for a 04-08, what should I watch for??
Hey guys. Im looking to buy a crew cab lariat or king ranch. What are some of the issues I should be looking out for? I have been reading some on the spark plug issue. Anything else I need to take note of to check out really good?
I have to say, every time I find a lariat that has what I want, they go really fast! Missed out on a few of them in the last few weeks. I have broadened my search in hopes to find that perfect gem!

Try to find something with a motor build date of 10/07 or later lots of problems fixed on that build including the plug issue...heads were re-designed.

Ive got my eye on a couple king ranch's, but they have a build date pre 10/07. If I get something pre that build date, I assume I should see if the plugs have been replaced huh?

Thats one pain in the ***..but theres other's like VTC solenoid and CAM phasers...all not major stuff...I love the KR leather...
