Default Im comfused

I just tinted my tail lights with vht nightshades and replaced the bulbs with the ultra light Sylvania bulbs.

Here's the problem,
When breaks apply the light work
Blinker work
Backups work

BUT, parking light only comes on on the right side no the left?... I'm confused since all I did was switch out the bulbs?

Just happens to be a bad bulb maybe? Try switching them and see if the problem is on the other tail light.

But is it the same filament or does the parking light work off a separate one inside the bulb?

It's different filaments, but I think the parking light is the same filament as the turn signal

Bulb is burnt. Turn and brake is same filament but parking light is different filament inside same bulb. Switch the bulb to other side and see if problem follows the bulb. If it does then its the.bulb if it doesnt follow then its a wirring issue

You have two bulbs but the turn, brake, running lights has two filaments. It sounds like the running light filament is bad. I may be wrong though.
