Default Ignition coil and spark plug replacment suggestions

Need some advise guys. Ive seen a few topics on coil and spark plug replacments. Im checking with you guys to see if anyone has coils that are fairly inexpensive and work good. Id like to know what spark plug you guys recommend as well. My local FORD dealer is asking $102 per coil and $20 per plug. Im thinking thats their way of asking me to grab my ankles. Im close to pulling the trigger on the ebay sets but if you guys think that is a bad way to go, ill look else where.

Here's the Motorcraft SP-515 plug from Amazon.com and you can get a full set of coils from Summit Racing for $200 with free shipping. Yea, the dealer will normally overprice ya...lol.

Sounds good. I've been looking at the Accels an MSD. MSD is quite a bit more. I'm just gonna get it done and order the set of plugs and coils. Replace them all at once. Thanks for the Advise
