If A/C compressor replaced, what other parts must be changed?

If A/C compressor replaced, what other parts must be changed?
Hello all,
I have a 2006 Ford F150 XLT V8 4.6cy, I have a problem, I hear a noise when the A/C is running, when I turn on the A/C the noise start, when turn off noise desappear, I confirmed noise came from Compressor, the A/C works ok but noise is happen, I believe compresor need to be remplaced, So, probably I will buy a new compressor, but my question is...
Should I need to replace other parts like the accumulator to avoid new compressor get damaged? or just remplacing the compressor will be OK.
What do you recommend me.
Also the price of the new compressor in Autopart is around $209 + tax, and in ebay ~$140, do you think the parts through ebay regarding autoparts are competitive.
If you have experiance with that noise and problem could be other or compressor could be fixed please advice.

Anytime you replace a major component on a ac system(compressor, condenser or evaporator or broken line) you replace the reciever/dryer....
If the AC works good, it is likely just the clutch making the noise..... which should be available from somewhere and isn't that hard of a project to change, much easier than replacing a compressor because you don't have to mess with the refrigerant......

Thanks for the info, noise is like a door knock, toc, toc, toc, the clutch spin at good speed and looks like is not the clutch but I will make sure. In case I have to remplace the compressor I will also remplace the receiver/dryer and do the flush.
