Idling slash a/c question
My a/c doesn't blow cold air when idling, when I am driving it blows cold air just fine. I just filled it up to 45 psi.
Now, do I have my idle set too low? I have it at 500 right now? What is the norm for the 5.4 f150, and what/do I, need to raise it?

'Tis the season for AC issues. You're not alone:

At idle, the stock clutch/fan does not draw enough air past the AC condensor and radiator to allow the AC to blow cold (or even comfortable cool air). Once your cruising, plenty of air is circulating past the condensor/radiator to cool things down, hense the AC blows cold.
A fix for this is to remove the stock clutch/fan and replace with an e-fan arrangement. Can be costly though.
