Idles rough and black smoke

Idles rough and black smoke
Started my truck up today everything fine, Heading to the gas station then all of a sudden my truck started to run rough, engine light came on. Also when taking off from a light or stop sign small amounts of black smoke come out from the tail pipe. I own a 2005 f150 5.4liter 4x4 crew cab, can anyone help please.
