ideas on brands of third brake light

Default ideas on brands of third brake light

I was wondering if you guys have any ideas on what kind of third brake light to get that I don't have to cut into the wiring warness I like the smoked ones if you have photos that would be great

If you don't want to cut the harness, you could always buy the led bulbs, or even the big plates the have multiple led's on them, and smoke your own lens.

I don't think you have to cut the harness for many, if any of them... I just have a light smoked Red LED one that I installed a couple weeks back and it didn't need anything cut. The center brake lights just plugs into your bright light wires and then the outside clear lights use the same stock ones. I swapped the outside bulbs for LED's also though. My buddy just installed a dark smoked one and it was plug & play also.

Here's a pic of it installed.
I just bought one of the $30 smoked ones on ebay with leds and it was plug and play also. My plug was hidden behind the metal on the top of the cab but it's not hard to get too should only take 5 mins to switch out. I did use some thicker window foam on it to make sure it didn't leak so it took me an extra 10 mins. Used the extra foam I had bought to seal my intake so it was "free".

anyone know what are the most powerfull LED bulbs we can put in there with just plug and play, not for the brake but for the bed/reverse light.
