i wasn't trying to argue with the guy i was simply pointing out his un-professionalism, then he asked me to point out a flaw on his bumpers so i did. i'm not representing any company in what i said. i am speaking from the view of a consumer, but i'm happy to let the thread end.

I agree, what started out as a question turned into a pissing contest. I applaude Boondocks for being the "real" guy here. Looks like a solid product, and I'm sure after the 4K as quoted, for DOT testing, that it has to be just as strong as ANY other bumper out there. And reasonably priced. garage built or not, they found a way of cutting overhead to make thier products more affordable. You can build the best product in the world, but for your target group(a bunch of guys using their trucks to wheel on a budget) the bottom line is what we care about. And yes, If you read my post thoroughly, you would see that yes, for quite some time I do know about overhead. It's managing and streamlining thats the key. In the end the consumer wins, and thats what pays our salaries.
