I rescued my truck...
...it started hailing here. Would you rescue your truck if it was outside? I do have to say...no dings. Golf ball size hail too.

I have. Last summer we had baseball size hail and supercells moving towards us. There was no room in the garage so I drove down to our river ground nosed it up in some younger pine trees and had a friend come pick me up. I got a few surface scratches from the trees, but I didn't have the huge dents that everyone else had

I couldn't fit mine in my garage even if there was room in there. I would try and find some underpass to take it and park under if there were to happen out here.

Yes I have. My truck didn't recieve any damage but I did. We had some golf ball sized hail come there about a year ago and I ran out as soon as I heard it and while I was runnin to my truck to rescue it I got smoked in the head by a small piece of hail. The things we do for our vehicles.

I have insurance.
About a month a go, there was a hail scare here in Dallas; I viewed several folks running out tho their vehicles in attempts to move them to shelter. I opened my drawer and located my insurance policy. The hail never came.
Whew; safe either way.

f150mashin559 did you say that it dont get cold enough for it to hail where you live ? usually where i live in georgia it can hail at any time and when it does that is usually means that some purdy bad weather is there, like yesterday when the tornadoes came by it stared hailing right before.

My truck fits nicely in the garage, +1 for a 8 foot garage door instead of the standard 7
