Neither, save your money and get a suspension...seriously it'll be like 1000 after install so just get a rough country 4 inch for 1300 and install it your self...aint hard just time consuming and you'll be WAY better off and WAY better lookin!

Steel blocks?Maybe for part of the supports on the bed.I don't mind body lifts as long as you get the or make the gap covers. And lift your bumpers.

OK i think your alittle confused. Those are lift blocks for your rear axle. They go between your axle and springs for rear axle lift. You would still need to lift your front end. That would be a suspension lift and you would be better off with a complete kit.A body lift lifts your body from the frame 2 to 3 inches and has nothing to do with lift blocks. No big deal just do some searching on what lift your looking for and what lift does what.

you do not have to extend the brake lines. took me 12 hours from start to finish, byu myself. not hard but just time consuming. you need basic tools and a good drill/bit
