From what i could find online it looks like that is the case.

If I get a leveling kit I can run 33x12.50?

I really want to get a chip pretty quick (gas mileage), What make would you guys suggest?

How small can rims be before they don't clear the calipers and rotors?
16'' maybe?

And lastly (I think) where could I find some cheap offroad rims?
when I was looking into Jeeps I was going to get some rims on discounttiredirect...

Speakers are 5x7 or 6x8,with a level you can run 33's, edge evolution for programmer, 17's are the smallest you can go,and for rims id search ebay and craigslist.
