Default I have a problem with my new set up!!!!

Hey everyone,
I just put on my new rims and tires and its bad news. I have the two and a half level kit on the front from summit racing (the aluminum set) and to me it isnt leveled. I just put on the new Moto Metals 951 17x9 4.53 backspacing and i cant turn the wheel. The tires are 35x12.5x17. I can get one turn around in the steering wheel but it rubs. Im afraid to even drive the truck to hurt something on the truck or even hurting the tires. What should I do? Lift kit? need something cheap!!! i spent all money on rims. Try selling my set up and go for a different back spacing? Please help me. My dad is pissed that he cant drive his truck haha.
Thanks for advance

Looks a little low in the front but nothing serious. Can you buy wheel spacers for the front?

I would think that you need to have someone turn the wheel and get your head under there and see what is hitting. Mine was hitting the black plastic under the front bumper and I had to cut just a little off. But not being able to turn the wheel sounds a little different.

Hey thanks for the replies. I have a few more pics. I just took them so its kind of dark. If need be ill take some more during the day. i see in the one pic where it rubs on the front valance. I see everyone cuts it on a slight angle. Thats not a problem. Im just worried about the back. You can see with my fingers about how much is hitting. And when the tires are pressed against it, they get pushed in about 1/2 to an inch. Hard to tell in the dark. Thanks again for all the imput! this site is very helpful. Im glad i just signed up!

Maybe you can take off the 2.5 level and put a 3 inch on, then just trim the front valance. Its worth a shot, id hate to see you sell everything you bought and end up loosing money.

Bigger isn't always better... Can you bring them back and get a smaller size assuming you bought them locally? I'd think a shop would be semi fair in the understanding of the issues.
