Why does my new 06 xlt sit lower than my 05 stx?? My wheels and 33" tires didn't run at all on my stx but they rub on my new xlt...

There could be numerous answers to your question. Are both trucks 4WD or 2WD? 4WD trucks sit higher than 2WD trucks. Did you buy both brand new or used or what? If used, previous owner may have installed a leveling kit or some kind of lift on the STX or previous owner of XLT may have dropped it or it could be stock. Plenty more answers available, I just need more information.

Both used and both 2wd,the stx did not have a level kit for sure.

Both have stock suspension.
