Thanks for the info John, I'm going to go by DJ Ford this weekend and check out what they have available and talk to the parts guy about warranty after bolt ons.

I still don't understand how the govenment can justify the de-tuned nature they require cars to be sold at nowadays. I mean, a better tune increases mileage and performance, which in my mind would leave less unburned fuel in the system, the engine would run cleaner, in turn lowering emissions. Am I wrong? Does the de-tune state actually reduce emissions? Although, I think my brain would explode if I started trying to figure out all the stupid stuff our government does and/or sticks their nose into. The one thing I do know, after we reflashed the computer on my Harley to get rid of the de-tune, it burns less fuel and there's no residue left in the pipes any longer. Prior to the tuning work I did to it, it always had soot in the end of the pipes.

Oh, I don't need a welcome to the dark side....I'm a hot rodder from WAY back, my dad and grandfather are both gear heads. Check out my post about my bike in the "Badass ride" thread in the off topic section, that's my latest hop up. It looks stock enough to pass inspection...but it's not even close to stock.....

I guess I'll need a Livewire set up so I can reflash to stock before I go back the dealer for anything. I did get them to throw in all the maintenance for the first 3 years as part of the deal when I bought the truck, so I'll have to be careful when I bring it back if they tell me not to do some of the bolt ons.
