Default How to run wires/remove plastic panels?

Is there a thread/youtube video about wire running tips in our F150's? Also where to get power (ignition and constant).

I have a Scab, and would like to install a Ham radio, backup camera, dash cam.

Thanks,
John

Back up camera is usually powered from the 12v power to the reverse light bulb. Ham radio I would suspect you would tie into the 12v for the dash radio. Dash cam I know a lot of people tie into the power for the windshield mounted rearview mirror if you have one that's powered.

Thanks. Was wondering if there were details about how to remove pillar panels and dash ones like under the steering wheel, etc.

Yes, I have powered rearview, good tip there.

Ham radio requires 12-10 gauge from battery, I suppose that would be directly from the battery, maybe i'll look into small fuse blocks for neater distribution.

Front windshield pillars I believe are a couple screws hidden under pop out caps in the pillar itself. Under the steering wheel is two screws at the bottom of the panel and then a couple clips similar to the clips on the radio bezel.
