how to remove lash adjusters on 3v 5.4 l
If I replace all the timing parts I want to make sure the lash adjusters are okay . I suspect not.
Can they be removed with the cam in the head . I have no Idea of how to remove the cam and put it back . Help please . I found the chain guide parts in the oil pan and cleaned them out. So I suspect some lashs to be bad . I can change all the timing stuff guides ,phasors ,tensioners etc . Truck has 160 k on it ,its not gunked up . I saw how to test them if I take them out .
