The light should come right out after you remove the two phillps screws. However it may be held in place simply by the water seal being compressed for a long time so you may have to help it out alittle just be gently becuase there are guide pins that are plactic and may break if your rough! Hope that helps!

that should be screwed to supports in the headliner.

Look for small screws holding it on.

ok well first you just pull down on the tabs ond the side and take the compartment off the rails....now to remove the actual housing for the lights...just use a knife or a screw driver or sumtin similiar and pry down from were the rails feed into the light housing...the back is a lil harder then the front...but it front should come right down...by just prying down on it a little...hope this helped

I have a F150 2004 w center shifter and arm rest storage between seats. Question is how do I remove the storage area arm rest to run wires inside from the radio heater area thru the center? thanks
