Well I F'd up today and opened up the hood to do some work but accidentally locked the doors and left my keys inside. Not a big deal normally but I had the battery unhooked and then shut the hood. So now my dilemma is how can i get the hood open without being able to get inside to pull the latch under the dash. The hood is totally latched down right now too.

lol sorry man this just made me chuckle because it reminds me of my first day with my first car. That thing was very easy to break into at least, I have no idea with your truck though.
I take it you don't have a spare key? You would have to get to the hood latch or cable somehow... maybe you can access it from underneath the vehicle if you remove the front air-dam?

That stinks! When I was a teenager, I gave three friends a spare key to each of my vehicles because I was always locking my keys in my cars! I think you may have to call pop-a-lock.

Call a tow company to come and open the door.

It is not easy to open a latched hood from the outside. Likely damage would occur.
