Default How often should you replace your Spark Plugs and Shocks?

I just bought a 2008 F150 XLT with 66K miles, the spark plugs and shocks haven't been replaced (to my knowledge). Time to replace them? If so what are some really good spark plugs? And I was wanting shocks that would level the truck out while still keeping a smooth ride, suggestions?

Shocks that would level out the truck? For the front and rear I would look at the bilstein 5100's. The front ones can be adjusted to give you 2" of lift, which for your 08 would be level. You could also do the Rancho Quicklift strut assembly which does the same thing but comes with the spring up front too. It is the entire strut/spring combo where the Bilsteins are just the strut and utilize the stock coil spring. For the rear you can get the Rancho 9000xl shocks which are great.

Stick with the factory sparkplugs? I figured there were some better ones out there? What about the spark plug wires? Where is a place to get bilsteins for a good price?

Shocks won't level the truck, they control spring oscillation and give a more smooth ride. If you wanna level it out get a leveling kit
