How much should i expect to pay?
Soooo my brother rear-ended my truck and my rear chrome bumper is dented now. My question is how much do you guys think it would cost for a rear chrome bumper for a 2006 xlt f150 if i happened to get one from like a junkyard or wrecked truck? Also, if i cannot find a junkyard in my area that has one...how much do you think it'll run to just go out and buy one?? And what's the cheapest place?? Any input is appreciated. I am going to be taking my old one off and putting the new one on myself and a friend. We looked underneath and it doesnt appear to be too difficult to change; so which leads me to another question: How hard is it to really change the rear bumper on an f150??

New OEM cost over 500
Ebay "patent" parts around 200 minus top black pad
Ebay used OEM round 200 is few skiffs and or small dings.
Craigslist used oem minus top black pad 300
Is what I've been seeing I've been looking a Craigslist gem as they say for months now. Just don't trust patent parts. Keep in mind the black top pad costs like 100+ depending on patent or oem. At least these are the prices I've seen for my 2004 chrome bumper.

Other posted hit the nail well. Ebay or craigslist. Easy replacement. Make sure no brackets are bent, but it sounds ok if no other damage. Ps, I've replaced f150 bumpers three times. Damn road rage. Lol.
