Not to worried about it, round trip to my job and home is 5 miles. On the weekend unless we need my truck we will just drive my wifes 06 Accord $45 to fill up But if I have to fill up the F150 about $125

So your not using the Hypertech anymore? How do you like it?

i'm liking it so far. still waiting for the custom tunes to arrive, so basically it's just an edge programmer. tried level 2 with 87 octane and it's nice. ran that out and went to level 3 with 91 octane and definately better than the hypertech. i like the guage function too. running engine load, rpm, instant mpg and average mpg. so far on the level 3, it says i'm averaging 13.9 mpg after about 140 miles. that's driving between 50 and 75. so i'm getting rid of the hypertech. any suckers, i mean prospective buyers out there? lol

I did the same as you, going to Edge from Hypertech, only I sold it before the Gryphon tunes were available. Level 2 on the Edge was way better than Hypertch. I couldn't run level 3 because it was causing a shudder with my trans when cruising 40-60 miles and hour. Hopefully it is better for you than it was for me. I did enjoy the gauges and still miss them, sometimes I wish I had kept the Edge just for that.

I am very happy with my Troyer tunes and wouldn't think twice about having Mike do my tunes again

i agree totally. no shudder problems yet. and the guages alone are worth it for me. my truck's an xl and didn't come with a tach, so now i know i'm turning 2000 rpm at 100 km/h ( 62 mp/h ) in od. going to do a few 0-60 and quarter mile tries.

i hate when people ask the question how much does it cost to fill your tank. well, i never let mine get under 1/2 full so about 50-60 bucks. the reason i hate this question is, the cost to fill a tank is irrelevant, it depends on how much gas was in the tank, how big the tank is, how much gas cost at the time. a friend of mine has an 03 f150 smaller tank than mine. he has to fill up more often and cost less to fill from empty than mine, but we get about the same mpgs

I just paid $3.59 a gallon woo hooo thats the cheapest I've paid in awhile still cost me $61 though that sux

Fuel is $3.47 a gallon here in KS.

It's $3.82 here in Milwaukee. Just filled up from a little abouve "E" and it ran me $82.00.
