Make sure u have trailer brake controller. Key to towing safely as u more than likely do not have integrated trailer brake control. Wouldn't plan on going up hills very fast, but it will do it. Expect to see 4k rpms up hills. 8 to 10 mpg. Good luck and u should be fine.

The brochure has most info in it that you would need.
The crew cab lists at 5577 lbs as previously mentioned.
Max tow is 9200 lbs.

Jumping on an old thread but has anyone actually weighed their trucks on a scale? Will my '05 Screw lariat come in under 5000 or is the published weight correct?
I get dinged $150/yr on my registration for a 'weight fee' here in CA. If I was 4999 I'd pay $80 so jst seeing if getting a certified weight was an option if close.

Have had my 04 Super Cab 4.6 L 4x4 w 6.5' bed weighed twice at different scales.
Both times it came in just over 5900. Heavy according to the charts. I have a few add ons but didn't think 600 lbs worth.

Thx. Sort of what I figured. I guess spending $60K for the new lighter version won't make up for the difference!
