How to mount SD fog lights on a f-150
I've seen many write up on the SD fog light mod, but no one has clearly shown how they mounted these lights. I picked up a pair and now im looking to install them but i dont know what to mount them on. Can someone help me please. Thanks in advance for your help

Heres a couple pics. There is a metal bar that runs underneath the front fascia. There is also a couple support braces.
