Mine is sitting just shy of 115k, all original except normal wear and tear items. I did just change out the u joints today and thats the only new part the whole driveline has needed.

128k miles stock motor and plugs, stock tranny and oil. Not proud of the plug and oil situation but that's where we are at.

You talking about tranny oil or engine oil?

My '08 just passed 42000. Just had my tranny serviced 10k ago, the guy said it's still pristine. Keeping up with engine service schedule, no issues at all.

I did have to replace the battery, it had the smallest OEM battery in it. So they replaced with the large tow package battery.

Put it in drive and heard a loud pop when trying to accelerate. It then quit shifting from 1st to 2nd. I have had problems with 1-2 before but it had seemed it worked itself out until one day it quit. transmission shop tore down in front of me and we found the broken pieces. I paid to have it rebuilt and also had them add the sonnax sure cure kit. Hopefully i won't have anymore issues with it.

2008 SCREW XLT 4.7L - Bought last Sept with 72k - has 97k on it now. Changed plugs at 90k. Still seems strong. Hoping I can get 200k out of this truck.

Only problem with the truck is I put new tires on it at 85k. Went with a slightly larger than stock size. In the cab at 75 mph I register near 100 db with my phone all from tires. I do have dual Flowmaster 40s but that 100 db is when I let off the gas. Can't wait for these tires to die. Will go back to stock highways type tires.
