Wow looking at these numbers I'm doing pretty good with mine.

2006 xlt 4x4
5.4L
4.10 gears
135L tank
450-475 miles at best.

I only let my truck get to half empty before I fill up again, and usually get around 150 - 190 on that first half tank. Although if I take a trip out to the coast and back (125 miles one way) I can make the round trip on half a tank. Then the rest goes away in about 100 miles! I think I have the thirty Gallon tank.
I do notice that my truck runs and idles better with Shell fuel, than with the Costco or other brand fuel.

750kms? Damn, I wish I could get that out of a tank. I'm like you, around 600kms is all I get at $160 for a fill up.

Sadly, my daily driver is even worse. My daily driver is a 2003 Ram 1500 with the Hemi that requires mid-grade fuel. It's a lot lighter than the F-150 and has a 5-speed gearbox but it is a lot more thirsty. Gotta feed it to get 345HP/375TQ! Hemis need more fuel than Tritons to make more power!
