I thought the video with the iPhone was rather ingenious idea as you could record several passes to 65/70 then go back and look at the record time on the video. As a matter of fact I may try this on a couple of my cars as I have always been curious what kind of times they had........... It also gives you proof you can do what you say.

I guess I would have used a popular search engine rather than start a thread

Your truck will be slower than your sisters because she has a XLT and you have an XL

Should be around 8 seconds. Who is faster depends on gearing and curb weight

Come on guys, he wants EXACT numbers, for his EXACT truck. Obviously we should be able to tell the EXACT answer that he wants.
So, what we have here is another dude who asks a question, doesn't get the EXACT answer he wants, so he gets all pissy at everyone trying to help.
I think we should start talking about street racing so this stupid thread gets locked already. So, to the OP, tell me about that time you raced some supercar, and won, of course. Or how about some top speeds you got your PICKUP truck to reach?

If we account for his exact truck then he has to ask people with the same size lowering kit and tire size. That is most likely not to occur. This thread should die.

Here is 5 sec on google: http://www.autorooster.com/0-60-times/ford/f-150/
These don't seem to be that accurate:
2004 – 2008

F-150

(5.4 L V8 models & 4-Speed AT)
0-60: 7.4 sec1/4 mile: 15.0 secTowing Capacity: 10,000 lb
Engine: V8 – 5.4 L SOHC 24 valve
HP: 300 hp @ 5000 rpm / Torque: 365 lb-ft @ 3750 rpm
RWD / 4WD
4-Speed AT
mpg: (RWD) 14/17 / (4WD) 13/17

I would bust out a stop watch and find out IF I wanted to know what mine did on 0-60.

Sorry for being a smart ***, but I still don't know what you have for gears in your truck, but a safe bet would be 0-60 in about 8 sec.
