leave them where there at...2 inches aint gonna hurt anything. I left mine with 2.5 level. but if you have to...theres an adjustment on the back of the light.

You can only adjust them up or down; there's no left to right adjustment. Open the hood, look directly behind each headlight housing. You'll see a thin, threaded adjustment screw.

Be careful using plyers, as they tend to strip the end off of this adjustment screw. Use the proper small wrench that fits the end.

If you turn that threaded adjustment it should slowwly start to move up or down. Make sure you can visibly see the beam line against a wall. Give it a couple turns and youll get it. Yea Careful what you use tho so you dont strip it.

If your bodystyle has ***** on the front of the housing, there is a tool to do it perfectly. If not, or if you don't have access to that tool, drive you vehicle on flat ground up to a wall so the housings are 6 feet from the wall. Measure up from the ground to the center of where your bulb is in the housing and mark a line on the wall at that height. Turn on your high beams and center the beam vertically on that line. same thing left-right if you have that adjustment, make a mark straight out form the bulb and about center the beams horizontally on them. That pretty much a universal method that works pretty much for any vehicle there is.

Of course makes no difference with a lift kit, the beam will be higher no mattter what. dont worry about it unless you get hids, then aim them down or take the risk of blinding many many people.

i have an issue similar to that. my passenger side seems to be shining a little lower.....or my driver's side a little higher. either way, when i see my reflection in the car in front of me, one side looks brighter than the other.

The one that's brighter is shining straight at the car is why it's seems brighter.
