I spoke to soon. Didn't put my brain in gear. This is a little embarrassing but I didn't realize there were three per cylinder. Only removed two of six. Now looking at the lower ones it's going to be real tight so removing the cams seems a lot easier. Sorry for any misleading info I posted.

I just took the cam loose but didn't remove it, and lifted just enough to pull the lab adjuster out... Turned the engine to relieve any tension in them as I removed them...
