Get a bigger tip on the end that's what I did and it made it a bit louder... But the thing about the 99 - 03 f-150s is they have 4 cats on them so that acts as a muffler as well. Your best bet for loudness is just straight pipe it.. And bring it out in front of your tire.. With a 4 in tip. That's as much as I would do... I wouldn't mess with the cats..

Turn your exhaust manifolds upside down, cut 2 holes in the hood and route the exhaust through there

Hey, I todl you how to make your truck sound like 4 harleys with slash cut drag pipes, if that ain't help I don't know what is.

Toss in a DDM HID kit, put some rockstars on there, and you can be really individual just like everyone else.

This is something that has been beat to death already dude. Just look its there. Seeing that you went ahead and cut your cats off why just do away with the mufflers and put straight pipes out the sides. Its not rocket science.
