I have power windows on my 07 supercab and all 4 windows sound like there is dirt/debris in the tracks. Does anyone have a good solution to cleaning them to elimate the sounds?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Take the door panel off and go from there. Thats where I would start. Maybe medium pressure air around the tracks with a bit of WD40...
