Default How to bleed clutch

I had the master and slave cylinder replaced and new clutch as well. Everything was great until a week ago and now from a stop on take off it vibrates alot until you get going or give it some more gas. Prior to this the new clutch was catching barely off the floor now its about an inch higher. 2007 f150 xl 4.2 v6

Any help is appreciated

Take it to the shop that replaced everything???? I'm guessing they didn't bench bleed it properly. Hows the fluid level?
