Will a 4x4 bumper for my truck if it's 2wd...I want the slots for the tow hooks

You can probably get away with trimming your bumper. My 04 has a spot I could trim where the tow hooks would be located. A dremel would work perfectly.

Look at some of the brush guard install documents.... I'm pretty sure that's where I came across the template to cut holes in the lower valance.

Ya I cut it yesterday to install the tow hooks I got
