Hook up points?
So I have a 2007 f150 2wd 4.6L and I kinda like gettin it dirty haha. Haven't gotten stuck yet but if I do where is a fool proof point I can hook up and get pulled out. I don't have two hooks or a tow package (gonna get Uhaul to install one later)

You need some sort of frame attachment. Look at getting a hitch and installing a shackle. Don't attach to an axle or bumper. Maybe go to a junkyard and find a front bumper with tow hooks and grab all the gear off of it.

No way do not tow from a bull bar. I honestly wouldn't try to run a rabbit over with any of the ones I've had, much less pull out a 6,000 pound truck or whatever ours weighs. Best bet is going to be tow hooks and a hitch. You can easily find a hitch on CL or at a junk yard for $100. And like mentioned above, find a t-boned or rear ended 4x4 and steal the bumper + tow hooks.
check this out. this was a brush guard which "should" be sturdier than a bull bar.

Receivers are fairly easy to install if you have any mechanical skills what so ever. I haven't priced them for our trucks but I'm sure you will be paying well under half that price, probably a third of that price even.
