High pitch whistle noise when cold out

Lately when driving to work on cold mornings (less than 5degF) ive noticed this real loud high pitched noise that comes and goes as im driving. Sounds like a mix between eletrical feedback or that high pitch whistle u hear on a jet engine. It seems to be in and out at certain speeds, i believe it may only do it when under accelration. My guess is its just the sound of the cold air coming through the intake. Note: this is not the same sound as the bog down moan sound that most ppl get from a worn airfilter box weatherstrip. Ive replaced mine already as well.
Any other ppl get this / have explanation for it?

I'm experiencing this also, especially on very cold days. The whistling noise happens at approximately 60-61mph with the right amount of pressure on the accelerator. I searched a couple articles that pointed to either a leak along the intake system or a bad bearing in the alternator. None of the articles stated the cause of the noise with 100% certainty. If you find any additional info I would definitely be interested. The noise is super annoying

I have the same problem when it's really cold. Mine sounds like a high pitched hum to me though, it happens with rpm more than speed with me. I think is a bearing in my case.
