He can get the cheapest ones. CA is a whole other we don't want to give up our private jets and limo's so we'll stick it to the people with a big ole sea line ******* other story. The have the cheap 49 state, the OEM equivilent, and the same exact double washed converter but double the price because CA government says f' the people we will force them to buy new cars to jack up their registration tax and if they don't like it we'll rape them shawshank redemption style in the woods next to their canoes and make them squeal like pigs! So they have a CARB version but even though it's made for your truck, it's not. I'ts basically illegal to have a used vehicle in CA.

Ok, may be a stupid question; however after search through everything, I'm still left with nothing. Exactly how many cats does an 2004 F-150 have? From the looks of things it looks like there's four, am I correct?
