high beam keeps blowing

Default high beam keeps blowing
My high beams keep blowing every couple months and I don't know what the problem is I've bought 6 lights in less then 2 years can anyone help

Your not touching the bulbs when you install them right?

Or the sockets/wiring for the bulbs have a short. If its both, it would most likely rule out the sockets themselves, as it's unlikely both sockets are bad, at the same time.
